1. Who we are

Index Viz (indexviz.com) and Income Viz (incomeviz.com) are operated by their owner ("we", "us"). When you create an account or use either service, you enter into this agreement with us and agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the services.

2. Payments: Paddle is the Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle's buyer terms apply to your purchase.

3. Subscriptions

Plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until you cancel.
You can cancel at any time. Your plan stays active to the end of the period you paid for and doesn't renew after that.
Prices are shown before sales tax. Paddle adds and collects the taxes that apply where you live.
We'll tell you at least 30 days before a price change takes effect on your plan.
Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

4. Not investment advice

The services show market data and analytics for general information. Nothing in them is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security. You are responsible for your own decisions. We do not execute, route or broker trades.

5. Market data

Market data comes from third-party data providers. It can be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and the analytics built from it can be too. The data is for your own use while you subscribe: you may not copy, redistribute, resell or publish it.

6. Your account

One subscription is for one person. Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity on your account. Contact us through indexviz.com if you think someone else has used it.

7. Acceptable use

You may not:

use the services for anything unlawful, fraudulent or abusive, including spam;
infringe anyone's intellectual property;
interfere with the services' security or operation, including malware, probing, load testing, or scraping or automated collection of data;
share, resell or sublicense your access.

8. Our property

We own the services, their software and design, and the analytics they produce. These terms give you a personal, non-transferable right to use them while you subscribe.

9. Availability

We work to keep the services running and accurate, but we don't guarantee they will be uninterrupted, error-free or available at any particular time, including during market hours.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account for a material breach of these terms, non-payment, a security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations. You can close your account at any time.

11. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for trading or investment losses, or for indirect or consequential losses, arising from your use of the services. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is material, we'll tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect. Using the services after that means you accept the new terms.
